Why Do You Pulse?

I pulse because I have never found a more challenging yet extremely enjoyable workout than barre. During class, my legs are exhausted to the point they are shaking uncontrollably but I can't seem to wipe the smile off of my face! I love finding new moves and creating playlists that challenge clients to sink a little lower and pulse a little longer!
