Marathon Recovery YOGA with Jess

Whether you tackled the Baltimore Running Festival or have just been racking up those miles, this YOGA practice is for you. Join Jess for a 60-min YOGA sequence that will focus on stretching and repairing those muscles. Low impact, low to the ground poses, and mindful stretches will aid you in your recovery so you can get back to those high impact workouts and ready for your next race. Take this opportunity to thank your body for carrying you thus far and this rejuvenating practice will be sure to set you on the right track for the back half of 2018.

Registration is $20. Please bring your own yoga mat.

BIKE, BARRE, & BUBBLES with Ashlee & Nicole

BB&B is back with Nicole and Ashlee! It's time to put those muscles to the test with our favorite combo, 30-min of work on the bike and 30-min at the barre. The cycle portion led by Ashlee will be focused on sprints, climbs and making sure those legs feel that burn while the barre portion led by Nicole will target toning your abs, arms, and core giving you the ultimate full body workout. After all that hard work, sit back, and relax with the #REVtribe while sipping on bubbles because, balance! 

Please note that if you register on bikes 1-20 you will be spinning first, and if you register on bikes 21-40 you will be taking barre first.
