We are super excited to introduce you to REV's newest badass barre instructor, Charly!  Charly hails from Germany and has made fitness her full-time career as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutritionist. Charly’s barre classes are cardio based, high-energy, and full of athletic moves to tone every muscle. With her personal training background, every class will feel like it's personalized just for you. Get ready to sweat with Charly!

REV30 with Sean & BOOTCAMP with Ariel

Join us for another installment of REV30 and Bootcamp. You may recognize Ariel from our front desk, she’s been with the team since the beginning and we can’t wait for you take her bootcamp and see her in action!

First join Sean for 30-minutes of intense cycling, then lace up your sneakers and run (led by Sean and Ariel) to the Under Armour Headquarters, the perfect warm-up for UA Trainer Ariel DePaul’s heart-pumping bootcamp located outside at the UA Gym’s scenic waterfront location.

The 30-minute bootcamp will consist of a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises keeping you amped up and ready to tackle any obstacle life can throw at you.

*In the event of rain, the bootcamp will move inside the UA gym and participants can drive to UA.

REV30 & AQUA FITNESS with Esther

Brand NEW to this round of the #REVOutdoor Series, join Esther for 30-minutes of challenging cycling, followed by a 30-minute aqua fitness class to be held in the pool at The Porter apartments.

The Aqua Fitness class will be sure to take you back with old school tunes. The tunes might be light-hearted, but Esther won’t be letting you off easy, be ready to work your core!  Esther used to travel all the way to Jamaica to teach Aqua Fitness and she’s pulling out all her best moves for one night only; this is one for the memory books that you don’t want to miss!

Post-sweat, enjoy the serene atmosphere of The Porter’s pool deck and a complimentary drink with your #REVfam.

*In the event of thunderstorms or the pool is closed for an unforeseen reason, the class will be 45-minutes of spin with a post-class drink.

Bikes, Barre & Bubbles with Janet and Noelle

Janet & Noelle are gearing up to rock your Friday night with a few of their favorite things - bikes, barre and bubbles!  This event combines the best of both worlds with 30-min of work on the bike & 30-min of tucking, squeezing and pulsing at the barre for the ultimate combination of cardio and toning... and yes, there will be sparkling beverage post sweat!  

Please note that if you register on bikes 1-22 you will be spinning first while if you register on bikes 23-44 will be taking barre first.

REV30 with Nick & CorePower Yoga with Angela

Back by popular demand, REV is once again teaming up with CorePower Yoga for the second installment of the #REVOutdoor Series! Join Nick for 30-minutes of energetic cycling, followed by 30-minutes of outdoor Yoga geared to people of all levels and taught by Angela Sp.

Enjoy a deep stretch and work your core all while enjoying the private and serene grass courtyard at The Porter.

*Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. In the event of rain, the yoga portion will be moved inside to CorePower’s Studio.
