How Would You Describe Your Class?
I would describe my class as a high intensity full-body workout that will challenge your mental and physical strengths and weaknesses. My goal for each and every class is for riders to walk out of the room feeling like a different person than the one that walked in, and thinking “I had no idea I could do that”.
Why Do You Ride?
I ride because I enjoy challenging and surprising my body with different teaching styles, music, and guidance of other REV instructors. While being the leader during my own classes has its perks- surrendering the podium to another instructor allows me to mentally escape while simultaneously bonding with my cycling community when I sit on the bikes next to them.
