This program helps you refine your personal teaching style, build advanced programming skills, and gain hands-on experience through musicality, programming, cueing, safety, and real-time feedback.

Work directly with Emma Scott, Lead Trainer, who brings 8 years of experience in rhythm-based cycling and group fitness. Emma brings extensive background in movement, holding multiple cycle certifications, along with expertise in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and Group Fitness. Across the East Coast, Emma has helped shape passionate riders into standout instructors by focusing on musicality, programming, and coaching techniques that bring every class to life.

FAQs

Do I have to be an advanced rider to join?

No. This program is designed to help you improve, no matter your starting point.
Prerequisites: 25 classes at REV Studio or previous cycling training.

Do I become a REV instructor after training?

Not yet, but this is the first step! These trainings are designed to teach the basics of Rhythm Cycling Instruction. We’ll prepare advanced riders, instructors of other formats, and traditional non-rhythm cycling instructors to audition at REV or the cycling studio of your choice. Plus, every participant who completes the Immersion Training has the opportunity for a one-on-one session with our Lead Trainer for additional support. This is where you get one-on-one advice on how to use your rhythm cycling certification to reach your goals!

*Completing The Immersion training and receiving your REV Rising Certification does not guarantee an instructor position at Rev. All participants who complete training and receive their certification are able to take what they have learned and seek an instructor position elsewhere, should an opportunity not be available at Rev.

**Enrollment (including payment plans) require a non-refundable $199 deposit to reserve your spot. Half of the oustanding balance is due prior to starting the program, with the remainder being due on or before the halfway point of the program.
