3. Book your Bike.
4. For your first class, arrive 15 minutes early so we can sign you in, give you a quick tour, and set you up on your bike.
You can choose to cycle with sneakers or use our spin shoes. Have your own cycle shoes? Perfect! Our bikes are equipped with SPD Cleats, so you can clip right in.
Are you ready to sweat? We recommend form-fitting leggings, capris, or shorts with a sweat-wicking tee or tank. Need a hair tie, earplugs or towels? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Get excited, our classes are 45 – 60 minutes and you WILL work up a sweat! Remember to stay hydrated. Fill up your water bottle at our water station or purchase one at the front desk.
Enjoy that post-class sweaty glow! Our studio is equipped with private showers including towels, products and hair dryers.
On the way out, visit our refueling fridge in the front of each studio and stock up on water, cold brews, protein bars, and post-workout shakes!
