How would you describe your class?

During my class you can expect to find a community and a safe space. I have a variety of music and love to push you to reach your greatest potential! My class is a space to be yourself and love every damn minute of it!

Why do you ride?

Spin has always been more than a workout for me. Through life’s ups and downs these four walls have seen it all. I love being a part of a community and something bigger than myself!
