At REV, we love to give back to our community as much as we can. Our favorite ways are typically through charity rides & food drives, but this season, we wanted to do more. This past week, our front desk staff and instructors sponsored two angels from the Salvation Army! We had a blast picking out presents and being their "Santa" for the day! Sadly, the cut off for The Salvation Army was this past Friday, but there's a ton of other ways to give back! See the below for some of our favorite charities and what they're doing this season to make an impact in our community.

The Baltimore Hunger Project supports food-insecure children in Baltimore City and County. They are dedicated to eliminate the growing problem of weekend childhood hunger by feeding kids. The Baltimore Hunger Project aims bridge the gap between Friday and Monday by consistently providing weekend food packages to children identified as food-insecure in a compassionate and dignified manner. Please help us strengthen those bodies by meeting children’s nutritional needs and empower those minds by offering educational resources to children and families. Help build communities by nurturing partnerships among individuals, corporations, and schools.

Every year, the Maryland SPCA’s Kindness for Paws Art Show features children’s art depicting our shelter pets. This past year, 34 Baltimore County and 13 Baltimore City schools participated. These are perfect holiday gifts for friends and family. And proceeds will benefit the MD SPCA!
For even more ways to give back, Baltimore Magazine completed a Give Baltimore 2020 Page that highlights over 45 charities in our community. If you’re able, let’s help those in need this holiday season.
