As they say, hindsight is 20/20. While we can't go back and actually talk to our younger selves, we asked our female REV instructors about lessons learned over the years in honor of Women's History Month. Read along as they share sound advice based on their own personal experiences.

Sahar: Trust yourself. If something doesn’t feel right in the moment or even down the road after you have invested in something or someone - GET OUT. You get no re-do’s in life, and you don’t want to look back and think, “I should have done something sooner.”

Chelsea: It's not easy to say the hard things, but it will be rewarding in the end. Stay true to your culture, your vibe, and your desire to change the world - you will.

Noelle: Energy is your most important resource; invest in what makes you happy and the people and activities that mean the most to you. Naturally, this will influence how you take care of your health, the commitments you make, and the people in your life. Choose wisely!

Rachel: I would tell her to have stronger faith in the process, to let go of limiting beliefs, and to be kinder to herself!

Amanda N: Don’t sweat the small stuff, just have fun and enjoy the ride because the best is yet to come! Believe me, you’re life is going to be more than you can imagine. Also, maybe get a little more exercise and a little less bud light!

Amanda L:  Don't be afraid to be the weirdo you really are - life's a lot more fun when you accept yourself and show that person to others.

Kelsey: My friends joke that my dog's breed is, "Sweet Baby Angel," because that's what I always say she is - I am her biggest cheerleader. I wish I could tell my younger self to develop an inner voice full of positive reinforcement; lots of, "look at you go!" and "it's okay, sweet baby." Put in the work to become your own biggest cheerleader, and just like with our pets, you'll get a life full of unconditional love in return.

Darryll: I'd tell myself not to be afraid. That the opinion of others doesn't matter. I'd tell myself to go for it 100%, and don't let anyone stop you. Everything will work out in the end, but you have to put in the work.

Nicole: Always know your worth, know what you deserve, and never accept anything less.
